It was so good! The onion straws on top adds so much flavor. The sauteed veggies are perfect. And the mashed potatoes complement the dish well.

I was a picky eater as a child, and I'm even worse as an adult. But I can honestly say that the pork chop at Tommy's has restored my faith in "the other white meat."
